Digital Cre8tor
The Digital Creator Award - or DigitalCre8or - is an exciting new award designed to meet the needs of people who want to make the most of digital media devices and computers. It is unique in that it focuses on creativity, helping people create digital videos, their own music, animations and pictures - then bringing it all together for maximum impact and enjoyment. Doncaster North City Learning Centre is pleased to support the introduction of this course in Doncaster by hosting training programmes for local schools and colleges.
There are currently 3 sets of courses available. The Train the Trainers course is a two day course with two weeks between session 1 and session 2. The second course is the Assessors course which equips the centre with a nominated Assessment expert for the Digital Cre8or Award.
These courses will qualify successful delegates as the centre's internal assessors for the Digital Cre8or Award. Attendance on a Train the Trainers course and an Assessor Training course is a pre-requisite for product/ centre accreditation.

Our host school, Don Valley School and Performing Arts College is now delivering the course weekly to a group of students here at Doncaster North City Learning Centre. Using the ILife suite, students should benefit from having the latest technology to work towards gaining this Grade B equivalent qualification from the British Computer Society. (BCS)..
