A 7 day course for Primary teachers took place at the CLC led by experinced practitioner John Cuttriss. The course is designed to enable teachers to understand the nature of Design & Technology in the Primary Curriculum, and focused on developing the practical experience and the skills and confidence needed for implementation in the classroom. More specifically, the course covered schemes of work, compuiter control, the place of ICT within D&T, progression, sustainability, textiles, food, preparing for OFSTED and providing CPD.
The course proved very enjoyable for the teachers concerned. Please view the photos to apprecaite the nature of the course.
